Founded in July 2020, Ancora Ministries is all about helping kids be everything they were created to be!
We believe God has a plan for every life, but without basic essentials like nutrition, clean water, and shelter, children are hampered in reaching their full developmental potential. Ancora exists to provide Hope, Support, and Refuge to the most vulnerable among us, so that the world won't miss out on their God-given gifts!
Food Security
Our Feed Kids Right Now food security program fills food gaps for Central Texas children on weekends and school breaks by sending "backpack bags" of food home with children every Friday.
During the '24-'25 school year, we fed 980 childre at 43 locals schools every week.
Our goal for '25-'26? Feed 1500 per week!
Malnutrition Literally Impacts Brain Size!
Children who don't receive the proper nutrients in the first 1000 days of life are permanently behind in their physiological and cognitive development

Our Preschool Nutrition Program provides vital nutrients to children in Guatemala. We currently have 800 children in 18 communities enrolled in our Preschool Nutrition Programs.
